These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the gbd3 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By using the gbd3 website or related services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

4.1 Deposit Limits & Process

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The mobile number and payment method registered on the account must belong to the same person making the deposit. Deposits from payment accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 General Deposit Policy

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
• gbd3 reserves the right to reject any deposit request if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• If a deposit transaction fails, the funds will automatically be returned to the sender's account.

Withdrawals from gbd3 are processed quickly and securely. Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 1 hour.

5.1 Withdrawal Terms

New members have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳14,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳22,000

6.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed. The calculation is based only on the bonus amount (not on the deposit plus bonus).

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each promotion applies once only and is limited to one per person and per household.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information is strictly prohibited.
• gbd3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

7.3 Game Dispute Resolution

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbd3 platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using false or forged identity documents

• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users
• Attempting unauthorized access to gbd3's systems or network
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
